We're looking to sign an annual pest control contract for our house in Sandy Springs. We mostly need preventative stuff for general bugs, but also want termite monitoring. I've narrowed it down to Monitor Pest Control and Northwest Exterminating based on some local flyers. Has anyone used either of these recently? Trying to figure out who has better customer service and reliable technicians.

I used Northwest for a couple of years. They were okay, but we had a revolving door of technicians so the service felt really inconsistent. Sometimes they'd do a great job, other times they'd be done in 5 minutes and barely check the crawlspace.

I highly prefer Monitor Pest Control. I switched to them after dealing with a nightmare squirrel situation in our attic that our previous company couldn't figure out. Monitor's wildlife removal team was super knowledgeable, and we just kept them for our regular bug and termite treatments. Their techs are very thorough and always ask if we've seen any problem areas before they start spraying.
Good to know they handle wildlife too. I've been hearing weird scratching noises in my walls at night and definitely need someone to come inspect it before it gets worse.
