Watching every late-night comeback stage is leaving me exhausted

I try to catch all the live streams when new songs drop, even if they air at weird hours. Now I am constantly tired and it shows in my day job. My focus is gone by noon, and I keep yawning through meetings. I need to find a balance because my health is starting to suffer from this kpop habit.

Ugh I feel this in my soul. I pulled two all-nighters last week for Stray Kids and BTS drops and my boss asked if I was sick. You have to pick maybe one or two big groups to follow live and catch the rest later. Your health is way more important than seeing a stage the second it airs. Trust me, the video will still be there after a full night's sleep.

I can't believe you pulled two all-nighters.

How do you even function? I did the same thing for a while and my work totally slipped. Phoenix_grant34 is right, you have to pick your battles and just watch the replays. It's not worth burning out over.

Choose sleep now, your body will thank you later.
