The 2am taco place near me changed owners and the salsa is complete night and day
Used to hit up El Fuego on Broadway every Friday after closing shift, salsa was so hot it'd clear my sinuses, but they switched owners in August and now it tastes like canned tomato soup. Has anyone else had a go-to spot get gentrified or taken over and just lose its whole personality overnight?

Gentrified is a bit of a stretch for a taco shop changing hands, but I feel you. That salsa downgrade is basically a crime against late-night dining.
