We're moving to the Roswell area and need pest control set up. I've narrowed it down to Monitor Pest Control and Arrow Exterminators. Any opinions on these two? Specifically for termite coverage and general pest, but we also want someone reliable if we ever need wildlife removal. TIA!

We've had Monitor for mosquito and general pest for about a year and they've been solid. Haven't used Arrow but heard mixed things from neighbors. Monitor's pricing was straightforward and no hard upsell when they came out to quote.

We used Arrow for a while but switched to Monitor a couple years back after a bad experience with billing at Arrow. Monitor's been way more responsive and the techs actually take time to go over the treatment plan. No issues with termites yet but they did the Sentricon system and it's monitored regularly.

Arrow is fine but they're huge so you get inconsistent service depending on the tech. Monitor is local and the owner is involved, so they actually care about keeping customers. I'd go with Monitor for termites—they use the same bait stations but the monitoring is more consistent.
