Thinking about my last beach vacation with just a small bag

Honestly, I was cleaning out my closet and found my old huge travel suitcase from years ago. Tbh, it made me remember how I used to stress about packing every little thing for trips, like extra shoes and too many outfits. My last beach trip, I only took a small backpack with a swimsuit, a couple of t-shirts, and my phone. It felt so free not to drag around a heavy bag or worry about losing stuff. I spent more time in the water and less time digging through my things. That trip showed me I don't need much to have a good time away from home. Now I try to keep things simple in my house too, not just when I travel. Ngl, it's nice to look back and see how much easier things have gotten.
