Just realized our shop's disorganization is more than just annoying.
Spent half a day hunting for a clutch plate spring. Found it in the brake pad drawer. That lost time added up on the invoice, and the customer wasn't happy. It hit me that this isn't about being tidy, it's about respecting everyone's time. We need to fix this now before it hurts our reputation.

Hannahh22's right, that clutter tax costs real money too.

Idk if youve ever tried to organize a toolbox or kitchen drawer but the time you waste digging for stuff adds up fast. My buddy spent 20 minutes looking for a specific socket last weekend, which is 20 minutes he could have been riding or working. If you just sort things into groups and label the sections, you can find tools or ingredients in seconds. A cheap label maker and some bins are worth way more than the hours they save. Once you do it, youll wonder why you put up with the mess for so long.

My friend's bike shop lost a whole afternoon hunting for a special wrench, exactly what @bennett.jana means.
