Spent half a day hunting for a clutch plate spring. Found it in the brake pad drawer. That lost time added up on the invoice, and the customer wasn't happy. It hit me that this isn't about being tidy, it's about respecting everyone's time. We need to fix this now before it hurts our reputation.

If you just sort things into groups and label the sections, you can find tools or ingredients in seconds. A cheap label maker and some bins are worth way more than the hours they save.
