My local library's film club showed me why critics argue
We watched an old movie and talked about its reviews. It clicked that different critics see the same scene in totally opposite ways.

Read a Roger Ebert review once where he straight up admitted his personal bias changed how he saw a whole movie. Critics are just people with their own baggage, makes the whole debate way more interesting.
