Yeah, they helped me review a severance package a few months ago. The lawyer I spoke with was excellent and caught a few restrictive clauses I completely missed. Definitely worth the consultation fee.

They are well known in the OC area. I'm an accountant and I've actually sent a few of my own clients to them for specialized business law and contract issues. Always hear good feedback from them.

California non-competes are notoriously hard to enforce anyway, but you definitely want a local lawyer to look it over to be safe. Jafari is a solid choice for that.
