Honestly used to see complaints as just problems to solve fast. That terrazzo story hits different though. When you really listen, you realize the complaint is often just the surface crack. The real fix is understanding why it shifted in the first place. Changes your whole approach from just patching to actually preventing the next one. Makes the job way more satisfying too.

Ugh yes @anthony_campbell88, it's like that everywhere. People just slap a band-aid on stuff instead of asking why it keeps breaking. You see it with everything from apps to road work.
