My indoor pepper plot proved me wrong

I thought peppers needed full sun outside, but my sunny windowsill gave me too many, so how do you handle light for indoor plants?

Did you find it helped with eye strain too? I moved my whole setup away from the window last month because the sun was blinding me during calls. It made a huge difference in how long I could work without a break. Now I face a plain wall and it cuts out so many distractions. Honestly, it was the best change I made to my home office!

Absolutely, moved my whole desk last week. The afternoon sun was cooking my monitor and giving me a headache. Now it's in the corner by the door and it's way better for getting work done.

Consider moving it further than you think you need to. I shoved mine against the opposite wall and finally stopped squinting at the screen all day. The extra distance from outside distractions actually helps me focus more.
