Dropped $80 on an AI scheduling tool that kept double booking me

I run my own house cleaning business with 3 part time employees and thought an AI scheduler would save me headaches. Picked one called ScheduleSmart after seeing ads everywhere. First week it double booked me with two clients at the same house address on the same day. Cost me $80 for a month subscription and I ended up just going back to my Google Calendar. Honestly the AI couldn't handle when someone cancels last minute or wants to swap days. Has anyone found one that actually works for small service businesses without needing a degree to set up?

You said the AI couldn't handle last minute cancels or day swaps. That's the real test right there. Did it at least let you manually override the schedule without a fight?
