We always had trouble choosing books for our monthly reads. Someone suggested an AI app that picks titles based on what we like. It picked a story that everyone enjoyed at our last meet. This feels like a real win for our group. It's neat to see AI help with simple things like this.

Question the need for AI in a book club. It basically just suggests books based on what you like, which friends can do too. Calling it a real win feels like making a small thing too serious.

Honestly, the idea that an AI book club is some huge deal is pretty funny. It's basically just a robot telling you to read another detective novel because you liked one last month. My friend Dave does the same thing but with more bad jokes. Calling that tech progress feels like getting excited about a fancier toaster.
