My chatbot went from nonsense to helpful in two weeks after I changed one training rule
It used to give answers that were totally off, but after I started feeding it only verified data from our company wiki, the quality jumped. Anyone else see a huge change from cleaning up your training data?

Brand new ideas" are usually just old ideas mixed together in a new way. You have to actually know the old stuff first.
