Rant: Fine-tuned model went rogue on a Tuesday night in Austin

I was at a coffee shop on 6th Street running a sentiment analysis test and the model started classifying every negative review as positive after 2000 samples, so I had to roll back to the base weights and retrain with 5000 rows because the custom dataset had a label flip in the CSV, has anyone else had a silent data corruption issue wreck a deployment mid-run?
