Rant: My team's AI project hit a wall after 3 months of training data prep

We spent all summer scrubbing 10,000 support tickets for a chatbot model, only to find our accuracy tanked because the labels were inconsistent from two different contractors. Anyone else deal with data quality killing your timeline like that?

Wait, two different contractors doing labels the same way? That's a nightmare.
