Saw an AI demo at a local meetup that flipped my thinking

I was at the Coworking Den in Austin last week. Dude showed how his AI tool catches customer sentiment from support tickets in real time - I always thought that was overhyped BS. Has anyone else seen a live demo that actually delivered?

The one thing nobody's bringing up is how these tools handle the emotional distance thing. Watching the demo, I noticed it doesn't just catch patterns but also flags when a customer is venting versus actually asking for help, which is huge for support teams. That kind of nuance is what usually gets lost in automation but seems to actually work here.
