I was stuck at O'Hare last March during a layover. Flight got delayed 2 hours. Saw this AI-powered kiosk near gate B12 that scanned your face and printed a custom itinerary. It learned my usual coffee order from past trips and suggested a shop in terminal C. Felt weird at first. Like giving up my boarding pass felt like losing a little ritual. But that thing saved me 15 minutes of fumbling with papers and apps. Now I just walk through security and let the system figure it out. Anyone else had that moment where you realized you were holding onto old habits for no reason?

Thought the whole face-scanning thing was overkill at first. Honestly sounded like something from a sci-fi movie I didn't want to live in. But then my phone died during a trip to Atlanta and I had zero way to pull up my boarding pass. Ended up using one of those kiosks just to reprint everything and realized it remembered my seat preference from two years ago. Kinda made me stop and think about how much time I waste fumbling with apps and papers that could just... work. Now I'm that person who walks right through with just my face and it feels weirdly freeing.
