My blue jay pair owns the feeder now, 3 years running
Back in spring 2022 I put up a new feeder in my Maplewood backyard and within a week a pair of blue jays claimed it like a fortress. They chase off every cardinal and even a hawk that landed on the fence last Tuesday. I counted 17 visits in one hour yesterday and they still scream at me through the kitchen window if the peanuts run low. Anyone else got a bully bird that treats your yard like their personal restaurant?
