PSA: That bird feeder pole took me 4 hours to install

Three of the screws stripped out on mine too.

Three of them stripped on my unit too but I honestly think it's more about the driver bit than the screw itself. Using a #2 Phillips that's even slightly worn will chew those things up every time. Switched to a fresh bit and the last one went in fine. Might be worth trying before blaming the hardware.
