TIL blue jays squabbling in my yard mirrored my own family arguments
I was out back yesterday and saw two blue jays going at it over a feeder. It reminded me so much of me and my sister when we were kids, always fighting over little things. It hit me that maybe our arguments were just natural, like birds establishing territory. Now I feel less annoyed when we bicker, lol. Birdwatching really puts family stuff into perspective.

Yeah exactly, stellaw91. Watching animals makes you see human drama everywhere. Like how siblings fight over the front seat just like birds fight over the best branch. Or how parents get into a set routine, same as a hawk always hunting in one field. Makes you wonder if we're all just following old, basic rules without knowing it, right?
