Hot take: I just learned from a Kansas City judge's bio that he once ate 4 whole briskets in a single sitting.
Found it buried in a local paper article from 1998, and now I can't stop picturing the scene. Has anyone else stumbled on a pitmaster fact this wild?

Actually @rubysingh, a post-bbq nap is the PRO move, not amateur hour. That meat coma is a real thing from all the tryptophan and heavy food. A planned nap means you did the BBQ right.
