PSA: I chose a full packer brisket over just the flat for a cookout last weekend.
I mean, the flat is easier but the point has so much more flavor, idk. Anyone else have a strong preference on this cut?

My buddy tried the flat once and said it was like eating a sad, dry sponge... never made that mistake again.
