Update: Bought a $60 rib rack for my Weber kettle last month.
It let me fit three racks instead of two, but the ribs on the bottom cooked way faster. Ended up with one rack overdone and dry. Anyone know a better way to stack ribs without burning them?

@harper_foster, it's just another gadget that promises more but actually makes things worse, like most stuff they sell us now.
