Found out a frozen pork shoulder is way easier to debone than a thawed one
I had a big catering order last Saturday and forgot to pull a shoulder out of the freezer. Figured I'd just hack at it frozen. Turns out the bone practically popped out with a butter knife after 2 minutes in warm water. The whole thing broke down in 10 minutes flat. Anybody else find random hacks like this that just make you laugh?

Nah, throw it in the air fryer straight from the freezer and it's done in 12 minutes flat.

Exactly, frozen is a pain to deal with when you're in a hurry.
