I finally checked out that new meat distributor in Springfield

Their walk-in cooler was set at 48 degrees, not 38. Saw it on the digital readout right on the door. Anyone else run into temp issues with new suppliers lately?

Told them directly it wasn't okay and laid out the specific behavior that needed to change. I kept it simple, just stated the facts without getting emotional about it. Made sure to do it in person so there was no confusion over text tone. They usually fix things when you're that clear about it.
