My dad finally understood why I love breaking down lamb

My dad used to think my job was just chopping up meat. Last Saturday, I had him come to the shop early. I was working on a whole lamb from a local farm. I walked him through separating the shoulder, rack, and leg. He asked questions about where each cut comes from. When I finished, he said he finally gets why I do this. He even took pictures to show his buddies. It was a simple thing, but it meant a lot to me.

Gotta say, mapping it out seems like a lot of work for a simple idea. Nora_park, was your brother that lost? Sometimes people just need to figure stuff out on their own instead of getting a full guide. It's not like we're solving a huge mystery here, it's just explaining something. Making a whole process out of it feels like overkill.
