Vent: That $500 'professional' boning knife was a total dud
Picked up a fancy curved boning knife from a supply shop in Portland last month, figured the price meant quality. Blade chipped on the third pork shoulder I broke down, now it's sitting in a drawer. Anyone else have better luck with a cheap Victorinox instead of dropping big cash on brand names?
