Rainy Saturday killed our block party so I tried a walk instead of the group chat, and wow
Our street party in Omaha got rained out last Saturday so I spent 2 hours scrolling the neighborhood group chat while everyone argued about a new date, then finally just grabbed an umbrella and walked the loop myself. Walking it solo beat the chat by a mile because I ran into 6 neighbors actually outside and we got the whole thing rescheduled in 20 minutes. Does anyone else find that showing up in person beats trying to plan stuff online every time?
