Vent: I thought canceled plans meant a free night, then I read a stat in a library book in Boise that made me rethink it
It said the average person loses 4 full days a year just waiting on other people to show up, which made my "relaxing night in" feel less like a win. So when my friends bailed on Saturday, I drove to Twin Falls alone instead of sitting home, and honestly is that weird?

Didn't some study say we spend like two weeks a year just waiting around for late people? That number sounds crazy but when you add up all the group chats and "running 5 min behind" texts it kind of adds up. Driving to Twin Falls solo sounds way better than staring at your phone wondering if anyone's actually coming.
