Was gonna bail on the free concert in the park, then I saw the 70 yr old guy with the sax
My buddy bailed on our plans for the summer jazz thing at Riverside Park last Friday so I almost stayed home, but I dragged myself out anyway and caught this older dude named Walt ripping a sax solo that had like 40 people just standing there frozen. I went in thinking I'd leave after 20 mins and ended up staying the full 2 hours, which never happens for me. Does anyone else find that the plans you almost cancel turn out way better than the ones you actually look forward to?
