Watched a stove pipe backdraft into a living room in Butte, now I check barometric pressure before every job
Was on a call two weeks ago where the homeowner had run their furnace all morning and when I cracked the cleanout, smoke rolled out over the rug because I never thought to check if the flue was warmer than the outside air, and now I pull up the pressure reading on my phone before I even unload the rods, so does anyone else here check draft conditions before they start or am I overthinking it?
