Woke up at a friend's cabin and realized my camping pillow was doing nothing

We did a long weekend up near Lake Arrowhead and I borrowed one of those inflatable neck pillows, woke up with my head basically on the armrest. Has anyone else given up on fancy pillows and just doubled up their throw blankets instead?

Swear I've spent more money on sleeping gadgets than my first car, and all of them end up on the floor by 2am. These days I just ball up my hoodie and pray, which works about as well as a rock. Honestly, a stack of couch cushions beat every fancy pillow I've ever tried, so you're onto something.
