Yeah, switching from those "you're gonna get hacked" scare posts to just showing a simple fix was huge for us. I posted a short screen recording last month of how we set up two-factor for a client's email, nothing fancy. Got a bunch of DMs asking "can you do that for us?" instead of people just scrolling past another scary headline. It's less about telling them the problem and more about showing a tiny piece of the solution.

Isn't it crazy how much better that works? I started doing quick tutorial videos for basic stuff at my job, and the response was NIGHT and day. People actually engage when you show them the fix.
