I finally got a cybersecurity client to approve a case study

It took me 4 months of back and forth with their legal team just to get the final sign off. Has anyone else had to chase down approvals for way longer than expected?

My last client took 6 months just to approve a logo.

Six months for a logo? That's wild. By the time they said yes you probably couldn't even recognize your own work anymore. Did they ask you to try a different shade of blue every two weeks or what?

I read somewhere that @anthony_campbell88's situation is more common than you'd think, clients just get paralyzed by too many options.
