Watched a competitor's webinar fall apart in 12 minutes and it taught me more than any course
Last Thursday I sat in on a rival's demo webinar for their new SIEM tool and the whole thing crashed twice before the 12 minute mark. The host kept saying "we'll circle back to that" anytime someone asked about pricing, and by the end half the 40 people on the call had dropped off. I've watched our own team spend weeks on lead magnets and MQLs, but this guy lost the room with bad logistics before he ever got to the pitch. So how much of cybersecurity marketing is really just showing up prepared and answering the boring questions straight?
