The guy who told me my coffee order was 'wrong' at the drive through

I pulled up to the Starbucks on Elm Street last Tuesday and ordered my usual venti iced coffee with 2 pumps of vanilla. The barista leans out the window and says 'you know they make a vanilla sweet cream cold brew now, right?' Like I'm doing it wrong on purpose. I told him I've been ordering this same drink for 3 years and he just shrugged and handed me my cup. Has anyone else had a stranger act like your personal order needs fixing?

Flip it around and ask why you're so stuck in your ways. Dude probably hears people order the old stuff all day long and figured you'd want to know about the new thing. It's called trying to help, not trying to fix you. You took it personal when he was just doing his job and making conversation. How is that worse than the customer who snaps at someone for being friendly?

Isn't it possible he was just trying to be helpful?
