Unpopular take: group movie snacks are ruining the theater experience

The whole 14 dollar popcorn bucket thing is wild to me, but honestly the sound is what gets me. I swear some guy next to me was crunching on nachos during a quiet scene and it sounded like a car crash in the theater. I mean, I get wanting a snack, but people are out here bringing full meals and crinkling wrappers for like 20 straight minutes. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather miss the movie for 5 minutes to eat in the lobby than listen to someone chomp through the entire runtime.
