My kraut bubbled over after 5 days and I read it's a sign of active lacto
I was checking my first batch of sauerkraut in a mason jar and it had leaked brine all over the counter. I looked it up in an old book from the library and it said that's a normal sign of strong lactic acid bacteria working. Does this mean I should just clean it up and let it keep going?
