After our melt shop adopted pre-heating, scrap rates dropped.
Some crew members complain about the delay, though. Where do you stand?

Seriously? It's a brain, not an oven. You don't actually need to warm it up before use. Maybe you're just overthinking a simple morning. What even is that scrap supposed to be pre-heating for anyway?
