She does yoga in the living room at 5 AM every day. The noise and movement make it hard for me to rest properly. What can I say to get her to be more considerate?

Yeah, from what I've read, floor creaks during yoga can really mess with sleep. I saw a post that said even quiet moves can make the floor shake a bit. Maybe ask her to put the mat on a rug or in a quieter spot.

Totally, the floor creak is real. My old place would squeak like crazy if I did any exercise in the morning. A thick rug under the mat was the only thing that helped.

Wait, hold on, the "noise" part is throwing me. Yoga is pretty much silent, right? The real issue is probably the floor creaking when she moves or gets up. You should talk to her about that. Maybe she can put her mat in a spot that doesn't squeak so much.
