PSA: I thought fighting afternoon sleepiness meant more caffeine, but nope
I install fences, so by mid-afternoon, my energy would just drop. For years, I'd reach for another soda or coffee to keep going. My sister kept telling me to drink water instead, but I brushed it off as dumb. Last week, I forgot my drinks and only had water all day. To my surprise, I didn't crash as hard and felt more steady. Now I'm swapping one sugary drink for water each afternoon, and it helps a ton. I'm honestly confused why something so simple works better, but I'm sticking with it. Guess I was overcomplicating things lmao.
